This property comprises 3 sections which can be isolated for privacy or if desired can be opened up to use as open plan.
Section 1: Four poster queen size bed, single sofa bed, sitting area, dining for 2 with kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Open fire. Marble bathroom, with separate shower, spa bath and sauna. It has its own separate entrance with private courtyard.
Section 2: Separate living room with entry foyer, open fire, separate bathroom with queen size bed and double sofa bed. Slate bathroom with hydro therapy spa, and private fernery.
Section 3: This is the main part of the house, comprising full kitchen, smeg appliances, stainless steel dishwasher, ceaserstone benchtops, lounge room with leather lounges, oak banquet dining table and gas log fire. Bedroom with 2 double size beds and bathroom with spa bath. Very spacious rear deck with several seating arrangements with access to garden.
